We will notify you within 24 hours of application, whether the loan is suitable for us. If suitable, we will send you an in-principle offer that you can forward to your client. We will then proceed to request a completed application form and once received, we can instruct the valuation.

You will have direct access to decision makers with assurance that once we commit to the loan, we will work along side the broker and borrower until completion.
